“Abanotubani” is a special project made in collaboration of two friend and glass artists Mariam Markarova and Nino Matcharashvili. Our project was made in a few different techniques including fusing, mosaic and glass painting.

“Abanotubani” is an art model of the oldest part of the capital of Georgia – Tbilisi. All details like houses, colorful baths, carpets and lamps are carved, processed and assembled by hand.

Most parts are made by fusing technique and are fired in the kiln.

Of course this art piece is unique, one of a kind and only one.
